Unable to hail Command

Just finished a Red Alert in Regulus
Mission is finished, the log & progress screen say i need to hail command.
But the button is unavailable in the mini-mission log as well as the mission progress screen.

    Yeah. I'm having the same issue with a Sirius Sector Red Alert. Is this a glitch for only Red Alerts?

    Thirding this. Iota Pavonis for me. Even tried jumping into the next Red Alert but it didn't change anything.

    Ditto. Completed Daily Borg boom-boom and cannot hail command.

    Same problem here, submitted a ticket and no response so far. Unable to turn in the Beta Ursae block mission due to Hail being greyed out.

    The missions says it is completed and asks me to "hail command", but I can't.

    I just started playing this game with my friend, but holy hell how much did they break? Mail is broken, Foundry quests are broken in multiple ways, hailing is broken, and that's just what I've seen over the course of the 4-5 days that I've been playing. Usually F2P games are alright with me and I don't understand the complaints, but these are some serious issues.

    This has been broken ever since LoR. No Borg sector defense dailys can be turned in.

    It remains the issue that concerns me most, as the other stuff is mostly just annoying or cosmetic, or has at least a partial workaround, even the mail deletion thing... But this is an entire game feature that is Just Broken.

    So please, Cryptic, if you're listening... Fix This!
