Cryptic game launcher has stopped working

all cryptic launchers don't work for me after the patch for NW and STO ...
anyone know what's going on? i haven't changed anything... i still run it as administrator and such.

    I've not been able to patch STO it's moving too slow. I've been looking forward to this update so bad for months.

    For the last few months when I launch STO I get "Cryptic Game Launcher is not responding". I've tried to do a clean install multiple times (though I may have missed a file somewhere), but still, no dice. The thing that's really frustrating is that the launchers for Blacklight and Neverwinter work perfectly fine.

    Same problem here. I was still able to play yesterday but since this afternoon, I can't get the Cryptic Game Launcher working... I tried to unistall/reinstall the game. Nothing changes. Please, help!

    Ok ... after having checked different things found on these forums and on the web, solution was to update my graphic card drivers ... Hope it will help some of you ...

    So i've uninstalled and reinstalled the .exe at least 3 times now. The thing is still crashing as soon as i click the icon. Literally double click, white screen, crash report.

    trying right clicking the icon and selecting "run with graphics processor" mine worked when i ran it with the integrated graphics on my laptop
