I don't really have issue with Cryptic adjusting the leadership trait as it was clearly overpowered, but what I don't understand is why they had to nerf it into the ground. It's all but useless again. Also, I think removing the mechanic for alive crew affecting leadership was a mistake. IMO leadership should have been powerful when your crew is alive and as you take damage and that number drops the heal should drop. That would make sense, at least to me.

I had dumped my Human boffs since the leadership trait was broken. Now it will do even less. Glad I stuck with efficient boffs.

First I bought those Efficient Saurians and spent 200M in EC for the +5 to all power systems. Then those got the big NERF to warp core efficiency. So I went out and spent MORE EC to get a all purple HUMAN crew for leadership bonus. Now it is NERFED!!!!
As to the Klingons saying this is OP... like the Aceton assimilator isn't?
Cryptic has been nerfing every sci skill and anything that does not resemble a play style of run and gun. They want a straight big gun -vs- big gun showdown not a shred of strategy so that we will be forced to buy the next uber big gun that comes out if we want to be relevant.
As far as I know, the bug has not been fixed. Also, note that the stats given by the patch notes, by adjudicatorhawk, and by the in-game tooltips don't seem to match each other.
I see. Looks like you are correct, the patch notes only mention Captain Efficiency being doubled. I was under the impression it affected Captains and BOFFs as well.
Ok, I guess the Romulans with +crit and +defense are still worth it...
Gotta love all these soulless, originality-lacking min-maxers that only go with the latest and greatest OP build before [Insert Time Of Nerf Here], who then just replace that build with the next best, comlaining about how the nerf cycle is draining their EC.
It really is quite funny.
They really need to do something about adding an extra space trait to only a couple of very specific boff species. Do non-Human/Saurian/Borg/Romulan boffs all just naturally suck at space combat? You have a wide collection of space traits for captains. Spread weakened versions of them to boffs to create other interesting builds than just the "flavor of the season" ones which with LoR is Romulan boffs.

LOL it was online until now, they took it offline 7 minutes ago or so. Seems like the servers (tribble and holodeck) will be coming up soon now.

As of this morning, Efficient Boffs (at least the borg and saurians I've got) on Holodeck are still only giving a 7.5 bonus to efficiency.
