Tau Dewa Radiation Scan Daily Bugged

One of my characters can't complete any of the individual systems scans, while it still works fine on others. I tried dropping it and picking it up again, but still refuses to complete. I'm playing a Tactical Female Joint Trill on a Fleet Assault Cruiser Refit with Mirror skin, incase any of that is pertinent to it. Haven't been able to complete individual systems since yesterday and I tried dropping it and picking it up again to the same result.

I actually noticed that I couldn't pick up the mission at all on Tribble too. I was using a Romulan-Fed character whom was level 50 and had access to Commander Mivek's daily missions, but access to the Radiation scan Daily wasn't available.

You first have to do 10 radiation scans before you can pick up the mission on New Romulas (I normally do lending hand mission to get started and scan as many radiations thingies as I can on the way, especially the radiation rich crater/forest area). My issue is that I can't get credit for scanning the satellites. I meant to do a bug report before I logged out, but forgot yet again.

similar thing happened twice when I played in team, we did various missions and finally dewa patrol+radiation scan, the former was active but scanning stations did no counted it towards accomplished, we had to leave team to do so

The scan mission is working again, never got a chance to report it in game.
