Noobish question . . Navigating menus?

I can't seem to find any reference to this anywhere so here goes:

Is it possible to solely use the keyboard to navigate the menus?

It's especially annoying to have to use the mouse when having to buy large quantities of items for fleet projects.

    I've looked for something similar in the past.

    To some degree, you can use tab to switch between focus points, but generally it is what you have already expirienced: Very limited Keyboard accessability.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
