I think this time,cryptic had better do something big for all players of this game.
These crashes have become alittle too frequent. Just an apology until the next crash is NOT enough.
The following would help I think,
Remove the restriction on getting attack ships for Jemhadar carriers.
Substantially cheaper projects.
Substantially increased dilithium cap.
Enough Zen and lobi crystals to buy what ever ship we want.
Maybe cryptic should hire an EXPERT in networking and infrastructure...
This is just too ridiculous...
To be honest, I am a free2player so I may not have the permission to be pissed, but on the other hand you LTS/Golds are paying to play this game and simply put you CANT play because of Cryptics incompetence!...
Read this while you can because it will get removed... and probably get a warning ingame aswell...

thats if the game ever gets back online decent enought to punish you maybe but if its all glitchy and lag and sputtery and just barely playable i wouldnt worry about ingame punishment much , but it would burn if maybe if they did actually fix it then get punished for wantimnh it fixed lol , its a backwards world cryptic is running pretty soon they'll be asking us all to help lol later

I Think Cryptic or PW as A courtesy to the player base need give us some info on whats going on . They don't have to go into to much detail . From what I hear there are players on that are very close on quiting the game due all the problems . From a bussines aspect thats paying customers they could lose.
Just my thoughts on the server /game down issue .
