Purchased Zen, doesn't appear in Wallet (It arrived!)

Hey, purchased Zen about four -hours- ago and it never turned up in my wallet, the transactions (two of them) are both still listed as 'Reviewing' despite myself having two Emails from Skrill confirming the money has been taken and I checked and confirmed myself that the money has been taken from my account. This is also -not- my first transaction by a long shot, they usually take seconds to complete, not hours.
... what's going on here? I put in a ticket but the support team must all be asleep.
Edit: Nevermind, at a grand total of four and a half hours after I paid for it, the Zen has arrived, still rather annoyed about it.
