Abilities on Quickbar

Could somebody please help me? For some inexplicable reason, one of my racial abilities (specifically telekinetic blast I think it's called) has decided to unlink itself from my quick bar. How do I add it back, please?

    While on ground, press P... That will give you a list of Abilities you can slot.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
