Freezing, Disconnected, can't log on

I have been having issues with lag, frezzes and disconnects when I try to log on it tells me there is an issue connecting to server sometimes I've missed out on several Fleet STOs. this happens on my home PC, laptop AND no matter what internet I use so I know its not my Hardware that is an issue.
