Something wrong with Zen Recharge

Purchased $55.00 and it never showed up, money was removed from my Paypal account and has showed a successful transaction, website is super slow too, pages take about 2 min to load, i have purchased tons of Zen so i know somethings wrong

    Hopefully you filed a Billing Ticket then, as no one on the forum can help you - other then to tell you to file a Billing Ticket. :) Keep your Paypal receipt too, as proof.

    Of course if the page is running slow it might just take time for it to show up - the whole thing could just be slow. Either way, file a Billing Ticket.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
