KDF Liberated Borg missing from Legacy tab

I have the Federation Borg boff from the Amazon pre-order, but the KDF version is missing from my Legacy tab in the C-store. I posted a ticket (#1,564,194) but the PWE support page complains about being improperly re-directed so I can't look at any updates to it.

    I'm going to presume you're looking on a KDF character? You can't claim the Klingon Lib Borg on a FED character.

    If you can't find it on a KDF Character, then it's a bug.

    I'm looking for it on a KDF toon, yes. It doesn't show at all. But even on Fed side it should appear in the Legacy tab, just with a red warning telling me I can't claim it on this character. At least, that's what the Fed borg boff shows when I look at the tab from a KDF perspective.

    I should have noticed this long ago, but to my shame, I've only recently started playing on KDF side. :)
