Character missing Gold status inventory slots.

A few months ago I got a month of Gold status from buying the Collector's Edition. One of the benefits of this is that all your characters get increased Inventory space, which so far, all my Federation characters have received. However, my Klingon character is still stuck with his pre Gold Inventory size. He's level 50, so he should have the max number of slots now, but he only has the basic amount. I can provide screenshots if needed.
