Isnt the Shield Impacts on the Borg Shields suppose to be green

I faintly remember the shield impacts on the Borg Shields being green instead of white like on all other shields mainly because thats what the borg shields did they were green. Now I havent used my borg set in a long time but I saw my brother playing the other day using the borg set and the shield impacts were white like all others and I proceeded to say "isnt the shield impacts on the borg shields suppose to be green." He said thats only when the ability activates. Now I dont even remember any effect for the shields to activate but I liked the green color on the shields because it said they were different.

    I don't remember impacts ever being green, only the regeneration effect.
