Tor'Kaht Info Wrong/Misleading

I just bought the fleet Tor'Kaht retrofit. In the store it says it has level 4 and level 2 tactical bridge officer seating. Upon buying it and going to setup my bridge officers I've come to find out it has only a level 3 and level 2 for tactical and a level 4 engineering instead. That completely changes the whole strategy I had in mind for it and what fueled me to make the purchase. That is not acceptable, I bought 4 fleet ship modules and used one or fleets precious provisions for something else than what I thought I was buying.

What do I do now? Am I left with something I never wanted in the first place and was mislead into purchasing? I hope not. Either way this should be addressed before more players fall victim to incorrect information.

At the store, it says that it has a Commander Engineering station (what you call level 4) and a Lt. Commander Tactical station (what you call level 3).

I think that you either misread or misunderstood the description.
