got a malcontent there at Cryptic?

Every time there's a patch or shard maintenance, something else goes wrong.

I'm at my fleet starbase but can't dock or get back to sector space even when I fly to the edge of the map, it won't let me warp.

And what happened to my borg assimilated tractor beam?

    This has been around long before today's patch, and I'm sure it's a known issue and is being worked on. Use the change characters button to quickly leave and come back to your character and it should fix the problem.

    Couldn't say about the tractor beam, what exactly are you experiencing that's wrong with it?

    Yes, very old issue, it also happens in sector space. I'm sure its not being worked on.

    I think largely the issue is reproduction. I have no idea what I do differently that causes this to occur, and it's incredibly rare (at least for me) to occur at all. If the devs don't know what causes it, they can't fix it. It strikes me as a network desync issue, but my knowledge of network issues in general is only slightly above the average user so I wouldn't say my hunch is at all valuable.

    Don't feel bad every time i use full impulse my shield and weapon power get stuck at 30 OR die for ten seconds after i disengage full impulse ...only way to correct is to come to full stop ..and play with the attack types click on "attack" then balanced etc. till it goes back up to regular...ive died 4 times cause of it and this happened 3 patches ago then was cool for like 2 of them....now its even worse .....and to mitigate it i had to buy some items that add to ratings of power and thus nerf my heavy escort carrier....now i might as well move to a cruiser and just sit there like everyone else does.

    Also had to unuse a fleet impulse in favor of an item that adds engine power rating and another item to add to weapon power and change bridge officers to a saurian for( efficiency) the +7 power rating when they low....then had to retrain him to torp spread 1 cause i notice that torp spreads seem largely unaffected by this power loss.

    Oh boy ill be back in a week see if the next patch fixes it....
    over to star wars till then happy hunting all.

    OH AND on last mission when a guy tried to heal me it actually took shield power off me....i had ot try and get away as fast as i can form him...no idea what ya did ....but its a dosy...

    early on one time all my controls got reversed for a few seconds....
    YUP good patch lads....cant wait for the romulans to arrive....

    p.s. im not bothering with a ticket NOR gonna complain anymore...if its corrupted or screwed OH WELL....and no more money every time i put a few bucks down this is how i get repaid... something gets screwed if i don't pay it sorts out .....what gives...
