Honestly, Since 10K zen is my current goal before may 21st. It really all depends on what all they have for the Roms at launch.
I figure it will take me a while to get up to level 50, since I want to take the time to enjoy the experience, but uniform and player species are definitely on my radar.
Then there are a few Federation ships I want like the Defiant retro and refits. probably get a D'kyr as well for my Vulcan.
+100 doff slots X3 = 2175, staggered as a get more doffs
Energy Credit cap increase = 500 ?, when i get enough energy credits for this to matter
4x Fleet ship modules so I could get a fleet ship = 2000, as soon as I reached lvl 50
I would save the rest, and would spend it on a new ship, dilithium for gear if i was low, some fun stuff here and there like cloths or lock box keys, etc.
Depends on how you play, here is what I would get:
4x Character slot pack
Max out shared bank slot
EC Cap
Then, play for a while, try out the various classes and find my play style (prefered class and ship). Only after I figured that out (and I've earned some Dili via stock/dili market manipulation mentioned above), invest in a ship that fits my play style and get 1 FSM to go with that ship. Rest either produce dili or easily selllable items (keys, FSM, etc) and buy desired ultra rare doffs to enhance my ship and outfit my ship with fleet weapons and gear.

LTS, here since...when did this game launch again?
Funny thing... I'm so preoccupied with farming dilithium, I don't do anything I need a better ship or gear for. So... duty officer roster extensions and a whole lot of nothing.
Besides... Fed-side is pretty much saturated shipside, and the Romulan and KDF sides don't interest me enough to spend on... I'd likely sit on the Zen until eventually they boost the level cap and add T6 ships, rather than buy any more T5 ones I know will be rendered obsolete at that point.
I would sit on most of it to see what is coming with Season 8.
If not for that, I would purchase a few costume packs. I already have all the bank slot unlocks and boof unlocks I need. If anything, maybe a shipyard unlock so I can hold more of my active ships.
But otherwise, not much left for me to buy I'll just wait and see.
