CE Project - Crystal Shard turn in does not complete.

Completed the daily CE event and received a Crystal Shard, attempted to turn in the shard to the project, but it will not submit. This is affecting two of my characters. Is the turn in affected by a cool down? Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

Edit: Yes I know its 14 to complete the project. Edited my original post to clarify. I earned my fifth shard on one character and the UI would not let me contribute it.

Happened yesterday on another character, I ran CE again today and earned another Shard. I had 2 Shards and it only allowed me to contribute one.

Both characters show I have a Crystal Shard available to submit but the system does not take it. Similar to bugged fleet projects. I even got a pop up saying another player may have the contribution bar open. Which was confusing and I could not replicate it. My other 5 characters are so far not affected.

What are you talking about? The project requires 14 Crystal Shards to complete.

What ^ said. I've been doing it every 24 hours since it unlocked and have only got 5/14 of the project completed.

Might wanna actually look at the requirements for the project, before you go complaining that it doesn't complete. As others have said, you need 14 shards, not 1.

Ive had a similar problem. On one toon I'm showing that I have a shard, but can't contribute it.

I now have this going on for two of my toons. I have shards on each of them but neither can be contributed to the project.

I've tried changing characters, relogging, and exiting/reentering the game completely, contributing to other reputation/base projects, as well as running the CE event a second time to try to knock something loose. Not sure what the deal is, but I hope it gets worked out.

I'm unable to on my Eliahn Borell (KDF toon) to contribute with my collected Crystal Shards after the first initial one. I have 2 shards now sitting in my inventory but the project refuses to accept them when I submit them. I've tried changing toon back and forth and logging out and back in and exiting the game and entering but the bug still persists.

I was able to fix my issue.

Make sure the Shards aren't in your Overflow Bag. If they are, clear some space in your inventory and take them from the Overflow. I guess the Projects can't dip into that particular Bag.

OMG thank you, I hadn't noticed that my inventory was full. Totally solved my problem too. :D

I actually logged on here to post that 4 out of 6 of mine had this problem now. But what a silly limitation not including the overflow bag. Maybe if that button had a different color or something so it's more visible. I didn't notice it was there.
