Tau Dewa - Jouret - Enemy ships dont appear

During the Tau Dewa patrol daily, when going to the Jouret System, the enemy ships don't appear half of the time. I have tried completing the assignments in different orders, but no luck. The success is very spotty. I have submitted multiple bug reports about this, and it's still happening. I imagine it would be a quite simple fix.

    THi si continuing ot happen to me day after day and dozens of others that I've talked to. I've submitted multiple bug reports with no response, I imagine others have as well. Can we get this looked at?

    you are not the only one reporting but I dont think this developers care at all damn them

    I gave up on this system, happens every time for me. At least there's plenty of other options to get the patrol finished. Maybe now the New Romulus mission 'Beginnings of a New Future' is fixed, the devs can take a look at this one as well.

    I know of atleast a dozen other who have submitted bug reprots. I've submitted atleast a dozen myself. How has this not been looked at?
