Cannot wear outfits on Holodeck or Tribble

On my Orion Male, I have two costume slots that I can not wear. I have checked both Holodeck and Tribble and it is the same on both.
One of my Costumes is the Korath, the other is some basic costume. I can see them in my drop down menu and when I click to wear them nothing happens. I can also see them in the tailor and modify them to the full extent of my heart, but when I click "Purchase Costume Changes" nothing happens and they revert to their previous stage. I have tried to use the "wear" button in the costume editor to no avail.
If it helps I believe i have purchased the extra costume pack from the C-store twice now.
Perhaps not coincidentally these two costumes are my last two slots, and they were working properly as recently as two weeks ago.
