Adapted MACO Armor passive set bonus skill bugged

I've tested the 2 pieces set bonus active skill and it is working fine.
However, the 3 pieces set bonus passive skill does not.
According to the description:
"Blood of the Warrior"
+2.5% All Damage
+2% Critical Chance
+20% Critical Severity
The 2.5% damage buff is working, because my DPS increases when I wearing them all.
But the Critical Chance and Severity does not showing on my character stats.
There is no way to tell they are working or not.
Is it just a minor text bug or a skill bug?
Someone please tell me, because if the critical values are just a hidden bonus, then I can live with that.
But if the values do not apply to my character at all, then I'm really not happy with that. Crypic needs to fix that ASAP.
