weapon and engine power goto zero randomly

im not hit by anything im not even being shot at sometimes in fact i might even be out of range of anything it just totally dies i freeze up for ten seconds and then i die as someone gets to range or whatever
boy its real fun to play as a sitting duck.....

started two days ago but now its happening on every mission.
ive no idea what does it in fact i hadnt even clicked a wepaon once it just did that....
