Cannot "Collect Reward" of Costume 3 Project...

Hi, today I decided to get myself a full Omega Mk XII gear and the costume styles with it.. but it doesn't let me collect reward for the Costume Style 2 and says "You may only have one of unique item"

Please fix this?

Note: It did let me have my Omega Style 1 costume.

    This is the exact system message I get on my chat.. just copied from in-game..

    [Inventory] You may only have one of a unique item.

    I have never bought OMEGA Force Mk XII on this character before. I had bought the full set (apart from the gun) yesterday. I proceeded with Costume Unlock 1 project and was able to claim it with no problems... but Costume Unlock 2... it reads me having it but i don't..

    Yes I did try @ the tailor, I don't have it. Here's a screenie:

    EDIT: Also to clarify, I do have costume 2 on my another character, Sabrina Dax@captainwestbrook, but not on this one - no.
    Maybe it's somehow confusing with my Omega accomplishments on that character?

    I logged in today and was able to claim the costume 2... I then got the costume 3 project.. I filled it up and was able to get my "Elite Commander" Omega style!

    I don't if this was a dev's work or my account fixed itself...

    If a dev was behind this.. then thank you! :)

    Same problem! but with Omega Style 3..... I have unlocked Style 1 and 2, but cant claim Style 3

    You may only have one of a unique item.

    [GroupProjectCollectionFeedback] Failed to collect rewards for "Costume Unlock: OMEGA Style 3". Make sure that you have room in your inventory.
