Where can I get contraband?

In game I mean... (don't worry admins). I used to get the contraband off missions all the time, nolw I don't know where to find them, I am not interested in buying contraband (In game or otherwise). Any advice?

    • Sector:
      • Inspect Civilian Freighter
      • Barter Contraband for Gold Pressed Latinum
    • Ship Wise:
      • Confiscate Contraband from crew

    KDF:
    Raid and Pillage missions
    And the same as feds
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    Investigate contraband trafficking in X sector.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    In my experience, the most efficient way to gather contraband is through the KDF Marauder DOFF missions. I can usually gather anywhere from 15-25 contraband a day* with minimal work (i.e. only one round of missions).

    you can also get a chance of getting contraband from the following duty officer mission: strike against the fugitive network. it takes 6 hours, but there is a chance of getting contraband, items and prisoners. this chance is dependent on the quality of your duty officers.

    You can also get it from "Track X Fleet movements" where X is typically Klingon
    in Eta Eridani Sector, Breen in Deferi Space, True Way in Beta Ursae Sector etc.
    if you crit on those missions.

    Ah ok. The other missions that have been mention just don't seem to come up for me.

    Join the KDF!!! My KDF characters drink Dosi, and deficate contraband.:)

    This. Get a KDF alt if only for the marauding missions. I have one KDF powering 2 Feds for the contraband for the dil. And the KDF Doff missions pay out a lot better imo.
