Disruptor Proc Bug

The resist de-buff that disruptor gives seems bugged.
If you open your defence window in game and wait for a disruptor proc you will see that all energy weapon types resist go down the usual -10 but the disruptor resist goes down by a different amount norm about -20 somtimes -34! from 1 disruptor proc.
This is also the case againt NPC.
From first test it seems like its linked to weapon power the amount it debufs by.

Please can you let us know if this is working as intended, quite sure its not..

I'd like to confirm this strange disruptor debuff proc, from the testing hull resist before the proc occured it was 32%, when the disruptor proc kicked in "disruptor resistance" went down to -8% so thats almost -40 debuff!
