Warping between maps in space movement bug.

Whenever in space, and I'm moving forward even at impulse 0.01, and then like at the tutorial and every other mission map go to a new map, it continues on the speed I left the previous map with.
Yet, the engine power shows to be at 0 like it has been for years of gaming..
This bug showed up with Season 7 or some patch before that time, and is extremely annoying.

Please fix this.
