Hello, I couldn't find a topic covering this in my skim, so I wanted to ask if anyone had this irritating issue.
When I go into the tailor and click "load" for previously saved outfits, no matter which character I am, it will load every single costume for any character or boff I ever saved of any species.
And if I click on a pertinent costume for my own character, it just goes to the default character creation model of my character.
So i can't load saved outfits at all. Anyone else have this? Any fix?
The former is due to the fact that you can also load costumes, WITHOUT modifying the character's appearance.
The latter... that's a bit trickier to replicate. You'd have to lose access to one of the pieces you made that costume with - otherwise it shouldn't happen.
Did you create a costume on another character using character-unlocked clothes, and tried to load it on the character you mentioned? (such as any scarf, the Ferengi clothes, the Tholian robes, the Temporal jumpsuit, or the Yesterday's Enterprise outfit)
If you did, try unlocking whatever outfit pieces you still need, then try again. Rank insignia also counts as a character unlock, so trying to use VA insignia on an Ensign (for example) will not work.
If you didn't... it's a bug.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
No, I never tried to load character unlocked clothes on another.
I had no issues since the last patch or so. I suppose I should go in and check what's missing, then.
Either that, or it is, indeed, a bug.
Also, apparently some outfits are vanishing for some players. True, it seems to be confined to character unlocks, but it might have contributed to creating a situation like the one I described.

Okay, for some reason, I am now magically able to select and wear saved costumes. Everything is working again, though the costumes of everyone at once never came up before last patch or two. Oh well. I'll post if I find anything else out.
