Daily missions especially pvp are gone

daily pvp missions are gone from all my toons
it started right after my country went to day light saving so i think the two migh be related
just to make sure its on all my toons,they are not on the available nor on the "in progress"
tray
also when someone shares any of them to me ie share the pvp arena daily ,
even if i do it 3 times it just erases it again and i get no reward out of it .
like i said i believe my country time changing caused those mission's timer to not get resetted .
so this problem probably occur to a lot of other people who are just not aware of it yet
