Energy Siphon now draws about half of what it is supposed to drain

I noticed that starting sometime today, Energy Siphon only adds a little more than 50% of the drained energy to yourself (57.7% to be exact). This is not correct. Energy Siphon has always added 100% of the amount drained to the user for a certain duration. At first, I thought this was a nerf but when I read through the game release notes for April 4th, 2013 - there is no mention of such change.

If this is indeed an unintended change, please fix ASAP.
