More Bug fixes and support please.

It would surprise me if when a bug gets fixed, there is another episode I submitted a bug report on and a forum post that changes you and your away team sides and you end up killing them or them you several months ago which still exists. Like usual, I am only surprised if something is fixed. I have no expectation this one will be since there's no profit in it. My faith in bugs getting fixed is that it never happens. Time and time again, only once when there was a bug that allowed players to gain unlimited boff abilities was it fixed...after a few months...which for a mmo is unexceptable.
I went as far as posting how to exploit the bug on the forums, telling everyone they should do it just to encourage the devs to do their job and fix it....And yes, I know this prob did break some rules and is even unethical by nature. However, this was only done after a report was made and ignored for a month. In this day and age, we take product quality seriously when running a business. Most businesses do a fair to execellent job at improving their product from customer feedback, unlike the "as is" attitude I have experienced with this game. That bug was game breaking and should have been a top priority, other mmo's would have brought down the servers till it was fixed considering how serious it was for gameplay, yet it took months for a fix? Fixing bugs in the game should be given more consideration with a more serious attitude on getting it right. I don't know how the other games are but this one doesn't have proper support.
