Cant sell Andorian weapons from Dilithium store to Ferengi trader

hello, first of apologies if this is in the wrong sub-section.

I pilot an Andorian Khyzon escort ship on one of my toon?s and recently bought some Andorian weapons from the dil store. A few days latter (once I had accumulated the required fleet credits) I wanted to trade the weapons from the dil store for the amount of dil I bought it for, but was unable to do so.

I have tried on ESD and DS9, but every time I try a message pops up saying that I have not got any Andorian weapons in my inventory, when I have. Has the trade in function been nixed from the game, or is it a random bug? I was able to trade them in before them before but have not been able to now for a couple of days, any help would be appreciated.

p.s apologies about spelling and grammar mistakes, I am dyslexic.

You may only trade in the weapons that were bought pre-patch, which were renamed as Prototype Andorian Phasers when they patched the misleading labels.

Any Andorian Phasers bought after the patch are working as intended, and will not be refundable.
