Not receiving credits from exchange on item sales

ok sent in game support tickets 2 off ( found this not working after reading forum )

sent one threw support on the forum no answers after a week

has happened twice now on separate occasions and am now 6.4 million energy credits down

    are you a silver player and did you purchase the energy credit cap boost?

    if you didn't you stay at 10 million EC and lose anything over that. That is normally the cause of lost ec.
