Tholian Red Alert Bug (?)

Don't know whether this has been posted before.
For some reason, I can't complete a Tholian Red Alert (In the Tau Dewa Sector Block). This means I can't complete the mission for Subcommander Mivek 'Complete Tholian Red Alert'.
When I enter the Red Alert, everything is fine. I wait a bit until the little box comes up saying 'Defeat Tholian Squadrons', and I start fighting. But about half way through, the box dissapears, and I thought I had completed it, but it still says ' Complete Tholian Red Alert in my mission box.
This is really starting to bug me because I don't get the Marks or Dilithium from Mivek.
Can anyone help??
