Bortas'qu Uniform + KDF Base Manequinns... (Bug Report)

i bought the "Basic Bortas'qu Uniform" on all my 4 KDF Characters
it came with
- NO shoulderpads
- NO skirt
- NO collar
- NO sash
as seen / advertised in the pictures above and in the Season 7 Trailer.
Basic... it says...
ok sure, makes sense that a "basic" version doesn't come with all the stuff, and that there would be increasingly better version with higher Starbase Tiers...
all that implies that there is an Advanced or Elite Version or whatever, just THERE IS NONE!
There is no indication that there will be, the Dev's have said nothing to this so far either (AFAIK).
My Fleet pushed up both Starbases to Tier 5 and the Embassy to Tier 3,
the Embassy only has some ugly Romulan Off Duty Pajamas... but nothing more for the Bortas (or Odyssey) outfit anywhere.
What the hell is going on here Cryptic?
Advertising with the full outfit but then only handing out half of it for 16000 Dilithium PER CHAR ?
Also STF cltohing options (KHG and MACO and Omega!) have some serious Problems,
KDF is missing any and all cleavage (Be'eves ) options, and many Boots are not hooked up to the "Feet Size" and "Feet Thikness" sliders,
which results in very awkward looking Leg movement animations while walking / sprinting / running ...imho the broken feet are so horrible to look at that i will not use them.
lucky for me all my characters have at least one out of three feet options that are properly hooked up.

If you submit a ticket, I'm sure your problem will get resolved. Let me know how that goes for you.
can i take that as confirmation that this is indeed a bug and not working as intended?
That would be awesome if it was a bug....
but unfortunately despite the move, I do not think it is. There was mention some time ago that there were plans to added another tier of costume unlocks to starbases, what happened to that though, I do not know.
