Dilithium Exchange Internal Error

Trying to use the dilithium exchange and can not get my Zen. I put in my dilithium and my offer just stays in the window. I put the current amount in and everything so it should have completed fast. I tried cancelling the offer but it says 'Failed to cancel Dilithium Exchange offer. Internal error.' I took a screenshot but I do not know how to attach it to this post.

    I'm getting the same error
