Zone Chat Destroyed

After submitting a ticket on this with a response to post my problem here, I want to un-destroy ZONE chat. Apparently the Live Servers have cookies on the preference file for chat. After reading thru all the command lines on STOWikki concerning chat, I am forced to un-install then re-install STO. To no avail it did not fix the issue. Furthermore, all my "custom" channels were still there. This is why I believe there is a saved preference file on server side.
Any chance there is a command line to restore ZONE chat? For the record I can see friends and Fleet members ZONE chat. No, I am visible and do have the channel in my list and it is checked.

    Can't you just type ZONE in the chat channel options box??
