Crashing after Launching

Hey guys

First of all I would like to explain the problem I am having with STO. . .
When I enter my account info and password the game crashes right after I clink engage. . .

This has been happening for about a week. . .
I have uninstalled the game 3 times. . . Reinstalled the game. . . Patched and still I get a Cryptic crash error. . . I am not running any 3rd party software. .

Here are my specs
AMD A10 quad core 2.3ghz with Radeon graphics card
8gb RAM
800gb hard drive. . .

This is a really frustrating issue I have tried entering the game in Safe Mode as well as every time I start the game I am asked to verify files. . . this takes 20 min
Pls if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

It's not your end and your not alone. STO's servers have been hiccuping and farting for a couple days now, a lot of people have been affected. They said it was sorted out a couple days ago.. but it's not.
