So, I looked and couldn't find any report of this.
I have discovered a bug in the Options screen under the HUD tab. It doesn't allow me to change any of the ground or space targeting options. Very few people would notice this because they probably haven't touched that tab since they started playing. I only noticed it when I tried to change one option, then suddenly they were all changed and refuse to allow me to change them back.
This also goes hand in hand with the Save/Load UI buttons. These no longer work properly either. On a good day, it won't load anything. On a bad day it will erase all my keybinds. I also can't save the UI from another character who has a still "working" HUD setup cause if I go into that tab, it resets all the options, and in order to prevent the bug I have to hit cancel.
There have been two patches since I discovered this, and no fix. Again, understandable since very few if no one really uses that tab all that much.
