Romulan Ep "Under Cover of Night" fails to complete

Have run this mission multiple times since the 3rd anniv event and every time it fails to complete. Perform all objectives, talk to T'par at end and nothing. When you leave the system it just says "continue TRIBBLE." I got the accolade the first time I ran through it, but didn't get the reward or experience. Posted bug report in game, but that never seems to work either.
