andorian wing cannons unable to discard

I bought the three pack andorian ship yesterday and was busy extracting the various unique bits, including, purely out of instinct, the wing cannons for the two ships that I was not going to be using. I went to discard them, and lo and behold, there's no discard ability. I've heard people complaining about there being glitches with the andorian ship, but so far, I haven't encountered any beyond this one hiccup.
