Omega Conversion Crate contribution Bug

i recently opened my omega conversion crate to claim the omega marks and Neural Processors.

all went well except i cant use the processors... the omega marks are no problem and i can contribute my processors but it doesnt add them the dialouge box simply closes.

now i know its only the ones from the crate because any othe prossssors i earn in elite stfs i can contribute without any problems.

has anyone else had this issue and can cryptic please fix this.??

i would have put in a support ticket but for some reason that isnt working either...
