Warzone of Klingon Ravagers (Vice Admiral)

Not sure if this is a bug but I figured just in case it is this would be the spot to post my question.

I wanted to go and do the Ker'rat warzone mission with my lvl 50 Federation character and found that not only is the mission not in my list of available missions, but going to Commander Mazka and Icheb on K-7 did not give it to me either. In fact, the mission is not listed with any NPC that I thought could possibly give it out. I decided to check on other characters to see if they had access to it and my lvl 40 Fed character was encountering the same problem but my almost lvl 30 Klingon was able to access the mission with no problem, go through it and get the 20 hour cool down timer.

Is it not available for characters in the 40+ range anymore despite there being a mission listed on the wiki for those ranks or is there something wrong?

Just a thought. Have you completed the mission "Neutral Zone Diplomacy" you get from Admiral Quinn on ESD at level 6? http://www.stowiki.org/Mission:_Neutral_Zone_Diplomacy

On my level 10 character I just completed Neutral Zone Diplomacy and during the mission 1 of the objectives is to talk to Commander Makza on Deep Space K-7. After talking to him during the mission he then offered me the daily http://www.stowiki.org/Mission:_Salvaged_Relationships_in_the_Neutral_Zone ,which is similar to the VA mission he gives. Not sure about the VA daily he offers, but maybe you need to complete Neutral Zone Diplomacy first. Use the Hail Starfleet button and check under "Available", if nothing then go to ESD and see the Admiral face to face.

Yes, I completed it a long time ago. I've been able to do the mission before and recently it hasn't been showing up.

The mission showed up again yesterday so here's hoping it doesn't disappear again. Had to get it from Icheb this time.

I think they put the last "War Zone" 3-shot in a rotation with the missions that have you doing PvP scenarios, because.....well I guess because people were having too much fun doing Ker'rat every day, and the rewards you get are actually in a reasonable proportion to the time spent. Can't have that. :rolleyes:
