- Updated Gorn Minefield:
- Addressed an issue that may have caused ships to become invisible and untargetable but still able to attack.
- Resolved an issue that caused the mission given by Admiral Yanishev to not complete.
- Temporal Ambassador: Being on a team will no longer create multiple interacts for mission critical sections.
- Romulan History Volume 5, Chapter 8 is missing text.
- Replaced placeholder text with correct mission text for the Accolade "History of New Romulus, Volume 1 Chapter 3"
- Items that cannot have more than one equipped at a time now display their equip limit in the item tooltip.
- Foundry: Updated the display name and description for the Cheer animations to more accurately describe them.
- Resolved an issue that prevented music from playing in Foundry missions until combat was initiated.
- Players who are dead while an Optional objective completes in a STF will now correctly receive the bonus marks.
- The Antares 2 Upper uniform and Vice Admiral Coat now correctly allow Fleet Emblems.
- Resolved an issue that caused the setting for Double-Tab to Roll to be toggled incorrectly.
- Previously it would occasionally toggle itself without changing the setting.
- Players with either tier Steamrunner will now have an additional variant to choose from in the tailor.
- Padded Boots are now available in the character creator for male characters.
- Addressed many of the graphics-related issues players have reported.
Fleet:
- Updated the New Romulus Reputation Store:
- Added more Romulan Plasma ground weapon types:
- Stun Pistols
- Compression Bolt Pistols
- Sniper Rifles
- Split-Beam Rifles
- Pulsewave Assault
- If you have already run your Store Unlock projects, these items will be available without further unlocks required.
- Klingon Starbase: The Winter 2012 Base Ornament will now start off as hidden after it is unlocked.
- Players will have to manually unhide it in order to see it.
- Embassy: Federation players who have unlocked a tailor in their embassy should now be able to purchase the Romulan Senate Robes.
- The full description for the Starbase T5 Engineering Unlock should now display in the UI.
Systems:
- Romulan Research Lab Scientist Duty Officers should now function as intended.
- Updated Romulan Traits:
- Renamed the Covert Operative traits to Romulan Operative to avoid it being confused with the "Covert" trait.
- The Basic Romulan Operative, Romulan Operative, and Superior Romulan Operative traits now can stack with themselves if the player has multiple Bridge Officers with the same trait.
- For example, having two officers with Romulan Operative will now provide the combined bonuses from both officers.
- Decreased the critical hit chance provided by the Basic Romulan Operative, Romulan Operative, and Superior Romulan Operative traits to 1%, 1.5%, and 2%, respectively.
- The Basic Romulan Operative, Romulan Operative, and Superior Romulan Operative traits now also provide a slight increase to critical severity.
- The increases are 2.5%, 3.75%, and 5% Critical Severity, respectively.
- Tachyon Mines no longer share a cooldown with Tachyon Beam.
- Increased the Shield HP of several ships, including the following:

- There are two new Store Unlock Projects available, at T1 and T3, that will grant access to the Liberated Borg Duty Officers previously available in the STF store.
- Clarified the power description in the tooltip for the Assimilated Tractor Beam.
- This is a text change only.
- Klingon Honor Guard and Adapted MACO Pulsewave Rifles' secondary fire no longer triggers the category cooldown on all Grenade abilities.
- Engineering Team will now completely cleanse all effects caused by Viral Matrix.
- Relativity Pistol: The Hold and Damage Immunity should now always last the same duration, regardless of the user and targets' innate resistances and buffs.
- Flight Deck Officer: "Recall" variant now applies its Defense buff properly.
- It applies a single time, consistently, of the same amount as listed on its tooltip.
- Jem'Hadar Attack Ship Pets now have a higher engine speed and turn rate.
- Jem'Hadar Attack Ship Pets' Antiproton Sweep power now properly obey targeting arc restrictions.
- All carrier pets will be more intelligent about favoring their forward firing arc, if they are fitted with cannons.
- Tricobalt Shockwave Torpedoes should no longer fire in a Spread pattern.
UI:
- Tweaked the New Federation character and New Klingon character buttons to improve the appearance for the German localization.
- Updated the Fleet event UI:
- Fixed a bug where the event editor in the fleet events window would display February 1st as a Thursday instead of Friday.
- Made all the input fields in the fleet event editor work with the mouse wheel.
- A fleet event can be set repeat to at most 10,000 times.
- Which if the event occurs every day until then, will put the ending time sometime mid 2040.
- Removed the non-functional Custom option from the Foundry search.
- Resolved the inability to admin custom chat channels with a large number of subscribers.
- Resolved an issue that caused all Impulse Engines to appear to have the same values when viewed in stores.
- This is a display change only.

Question on the romulan boffs though, right now the blue (rare) version of the romulan male boff comes with superior covert operative, is this being changed so blues come with the mid range version of the trait and purples come with superior? If so will this change effect already purchased blue romulan male boffs?
Well the KDF base colour scheme dosen't match with the white + Klingons are supposed to hate breen so...
Edit: Also I don't think Human boffs need to be nerfed now just every other boff needs to be improved (otherwise the only acceptable boffs klingon side will be the super expensive starbase ones, there needs to be a middle ground at least Klingon side).
Secondly, can the fact that 'mouseover' HUD settings remain inoperative since Season 7 be acknowledged and hopefully addressed?

this is a good change, the crit chance that they give currently is way over the top when you compare what you get from the 3 console items that provide some crit.

ah, the fleet ships based on non tier 5 ships. it isnt just that they had less capacity, its more complicated then that. it can be read about in the link in my signature. basically, all these ship had an extra chunk of hit points thats not listed, so the capacity was more then the shield mod would indicate. very strange. that extra chunk was just a flat extra too, it wasn't a modifier of any kind.at the very least, i hope these ships arent worse off now after this change.
this is very appropriate. what would that make the shields now? the reman was a cap3 if i recall, the rom a cap1, reg 2 i think?
hmm, an extra VM did prove to be slightly problematic, so this is proboly good for pvp. npcs using heals is a good thing anyway.

no more flickering is good, potentially+30 defense score is bad...
the jem pets did seem prety inefectve and stupid, so thats proboly good. npcs using narrow arc better? thats good, seems thats a hard thing to program.

Tacs got the best ground romulan kits and now you buff their spike damage abilities (grenades). Don't you think it's already really easy to gank borg drones?
What about giving something that isn't for tacs only on ground? Or just what about not buffing to ridiculous levels the DPS class?

This is a great change to STFs.
This is a good start. Now only need Tribbles and the Federation Ornament set to hidden as default.
Too bad we can't see it on tribble, but at least we get Romulan appropriate attire.

The STF optional objective reward being granted while dead is great... I dont normally die, but when I do... it usually occurs right around when we complete the optional.. it was annoying to say the least.
I'd be very interested to see the Romulan Senate Robes... my character is played as a Romulan and I'd very much like to know if they are worth trying to find a fleet that will have them unlocked.
Really hoping the Breen orniment will be disabled by default on Fed Starbases too...

Will there be more Romulan BOffs with the Romulan Operative trait? Right now I think it's just the Tac BOffs, meaning Sci and Eng-based ships can't take advantage of the stacking.

and as for the fleet ship shield mods, all the basic retrofits have the same shield mod as normal RA level tier 5 ships, wile all fleet ships have the same shield mod tier 5 fleet ships have.
so ships like the retrofit nova have 1.3, fleet 1.43, retrofit saber has .9, fleet saber has .99, retrofit ktinga has 1.0, fleet ktinga has 1.1, etc.

its like i expected. the extra chunk is hitpoints is gone, replaced by normal shield mod. this actually effects negatively the capacity of all but covarient shields on these ships slightly, especially for regenerative, but the regen these ships have is based on the shield mod, so overall its for the best. the listed shield mods wont make would be buyers cringe quite as much too, so more would be bought.
I thought the Fleet Ships are supposed to get the following upgrades:
1.) 1 additional console
2.) 10% more hull
3.) 10% more shields
The Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit definitely does not have an increased Shield Modifier.

NOOOOOO! Why you fix bug that been in game for long long time? Also impulse engines have this display problem in Research & Development at Memory Alpha/Qo'nos. Will it be fixed there as well? I always thought it was strange that MK XI engines were showing same exact stats as a Mk VII.

Umm.. what about the Nebula class? (Advances Research)? Its supposed to be a sci-cruiser hybrid yet has crappy hull HP and the shields aren't any better than a tier 4 science ship (and this is a cstore tier 5!).
Stealth detection is a broken mechanic since F2P launch. Why you bother increasing it without fixing the thing is beyond comprehension.
Anyways, you guys REALLY need to increase the heavy plasma torpedo speed and defense bonus of this set. As it is now, since the last couple of patches, the AI is instantly targeting and shooting down torpedoes and mines at a ridiculous rate.
You also need to take a look at the borg prosthetic weapons.
The tactical prosthetic's heavy bolt is not being affected by player's skills nor kit buffs. Firing a heavy plasma bolt under a +400%~ boost from consumables/kits/armor bonuses only applies, EXACTLY, the damage listed on the gun (129 or so dmg...not the expected 400+ that much weaker guns put out under such buffs).
A really old bug. Nice to see it squashed. However the real question is why do pets keep receiving the same order over and over and over again several times a second? I should be able to tell my pets ATTACK X while I target Y and fight it.
I hope this means they have had their flying pattern AI improved since this is really the issue. Frankly I dont know why you even bother putting the turret.. how about removing the turret and letting the AI be forced to point nose at the target?

Description on shipyard says its 0.88 now BUT in reality it is 1k less shield than same 0.88 Fleet Hoh'sus.
