Not awarded accolade

I forget the name of the accolade, but its the one for aquiring all the Omega MK XII stuff. I submitted a GM ticket, but I couldn't figure out the ticket number.

I wasn't given the accolade, and I believe in a related note, I also wasn't awarded the helmet piece for having the MK XII pieces.

    welcome to the club!

    There are at least 3 threads about this in the forums.
    That was the good news.
    The bad news is: no fix, no hope for a fix, no official respinse after tickets, reports...I think someone even tried sending pigeons......
