Returning Player - Found Some Bugs

Ive been absent for awhile, but came back to try the new 3 yr mish for the Ambassodor class.
Upon logging in to all of my characters, all the space BO powers were gone from my trays. They were not even listed in my powers window. I had to switch BO assignments and switch them back to get them to re-populate to my trays.
Binds - I have had the same key binds since Beta. i have Target Nearest Enemy bound to the number pad enter key. This bind did not work. I removed the bind and re-bound it, it still only worked like the regular enter key, which I have bound to something else (bugged this in game as well).
