    When I try to launch the game it either times out trying to update the launcher after 2 attempt or it loads a blank launch window or the launch window populates but it unresponsive when I click the Login butto.

    You know, I'm honestly disturbed by the amount of people posting their tracert's for the patch server. Considering that it's launcher.startrekonline.com and accounts.crypticstudios.com that was asked for and made fairly clear in the OP this shakes my faith in the future of the human race and it's ability to read....just saying.

    Well, if they were run by the Borg then 2 hours would be 2 hours, not 3. Also, when I click "stay logged in" on the forum page it would... well... work. Other than that and a couple of other things, I see your point. ;)

    They take the account servers down as well, they don't want the players canceling their accounts in a fit of rage about downtime, hiccups etc.
