[11:07] [Combat (Self)] Tholian Lieutenant's Tholian Knockback Beam dealt 77 shield damage to you.
OK. This attack on the Environment Suited Tholian Lieutenants has got to be altered. Being knocked back on my assets every few seconds time and time again IS NOT FUN. The attack needs to have a much longer cooldown it. And/or it needs to give the target a stacking knock resistance say 33% per stack up to 100% == NO KB.
