My Forum Title is wrong

I am a lifer with coming on 3 years with this game. Why can't I change my forum profile to say something other than Ensign?

I can't find anything in the UserCP area.

tbh this is really for academy forum sorry to say that hope it doesnt seem mean in any way at all. but click edit your avatar it should be there to change it as i'm F2P mine only has the option to change to default which it is:P but yours should have the empire or starfleet vet title i think. i hope i was of some use in this matter

Click on the "Edit your Avatar" link next to the Starfleet chevron above, to the left of the Zen ad. Here is a direct link: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/avatar.php -- if your browser is having an issue saving your decision, please try a different browser. If you are not seeing other title options, your LTS account is not linked and you'd want to take a look here.

If you want a custom picture, though, you have to go to the User CP (which has a different location depending on which page of the forums you're on) and then click "Edit Your Avatar" under the "Your Profile" section - NOT the one next to the Zen ad.

Of course, you can't change your title from that particular avatar editing page, but I'm sure it makes perfect sense to someone in charge of the forums to have two different "Edit Your Avatar" links that do different things.

Thanks for that. I was clicking the wrong edit your avatar - you are correct kinda stupid to have two fo those doing two different things.
