internal patch system for Klinks on fritz again

Been trying to do Frozen with my main Klink Character tonight and the internal patch system keep freezing up on 40 percent with 2 files to patch and then it lags for 400sec doesn't even kick me out to log on screen

I guess thats why the call the mission Frozen because you cant play it with out the internal patch system freezing up.
