Klingons should get leadership too, but not the same leadership as feds. Klingon version would be something like inspires your crew to work harder for victory......
That is completely against what we see most klingons are like. They are ALL about their own glory and not so much in pushing others. I could see it from a Fed Klingon though. But in fact Klingons DO get a counterpart to leadership, Warrior is a Klingon only trait isn't it?

yes, but warrior is ground trait. every boff has ground traits, some species have great ground trait with both factions. the "problem" is that leadership is a very easy-to-get space trait for feds, and it only available to feds in more-than-one stations (KDF officers can get only one human boff if they reach marauder rank4, and that's it). let's not count efficient, because both fed and kdf can get that (borgs, saurians/letheans). so here is a space trait, which is working great now, and can be easily stacked up to full crew at feds, but on the other side, you can only have that with one boff, and that's not really fair.

I still think the best solution would be more space traits on Boffs. Sure I get why not all boffs have them, but it'd be nice if more than a tiny select few had them.

What is fair?
KDF has an entire class of ships unavailable Fed side - Raider Class with Battle cloaks.
I don't think Feds should have Raiders or battle cloaks - but I think its a little silly to say that not having access to leadership is unfair.
with how well the kdf can keep brels and ktinga designs competent and modern enough to still be deadly, there certainly should be a trait that does the same thing, doesn't need to be called leadership though.
Call it "Old School". Any KDF engineer has a chance to get it, and it gives a small bonus to all stats. The description would be that the engineer has experience working on many older ships, and has the experience to fine tune anything beyond it's expected parameters.
