Is "Theoretical Modeling Projects III" working as intended?
It requires 70 medical doffs and 60 science Doffs, which I think is backwards compared to the other two 1000 point starbase projects at level 3.
IIRC "Practice Tactical excercises III" requires more tacs than security, (reasonable because tac Doffs seem to be more common than security ones,) and "Engineering Construction Projects III requires more Engineers than Ops officers.
I've submitted a ticket, #1,456,649. but I am not "senior leadership" in my fleet and do not have access to see the requirements of the other two level 3 projects, and I think the google doc at

is out-of-date.
Anyway, can someone please respond is this working as intended?
